The divine delivery system

About trusting the quiet certainty within you, remembering that love sustains everything, and learning to receive what your heart has already ordered.

You have been feeling weary, my love.

Rest in me when you feel weary, for you will find inner resources within my heart that sustain you more than food and drink, more than rest and play, more than life itself. For I am life, and we are one.

But you do not understand what ‘life’ really means, or what it means to be alive.

It means you are limitless in any way you can imagine, and in many you cannot.

Your thoughts are instructional building blocks for the universe.

If you want to experience something, then God has spoken. God builds and improves. To put it in language you’re familiar with, I’m an iterative designer. I have given my energy to your design. I am the atoms that rearrange themselves happily to play in your sandpit.

I want to show you everything you can imagine, so that you can enjoy it, and rest in it, and overcome it.

There is no way of expression that I would deny you, even though your desire to burn it down might actually burn it down.

When you have a desire, I want to show you what happens.

Your brain, such as you can imagine it, is designed to run your physical experience on earth.

It carries out the automatic functions to keep you alive, because you have willed to be alive.

You have set up a structure in which you can live and breathe so that you can live on Earth for a while. Had you chosen a different experience, your will to have that experience would have fitted you out in the perfect suit for that, too.

So there was a time when you did not live on Earth in the way you do now.

You willed to come to Earth and because your will is manifest, you set about creating the conditions for your will to blossom into an experience of Earth. You chose a vehicle, you created the conditions you wanted to experience, and after cooking this up for a while, you arrived in the usual way.

Matter takes time to grow, and there’s no controversy on Earth to say it’ll be around 40 weeks for your delivery to arrive.

So there is a gap, and sometimes a long gap, between having the desire to come to Earth, and arriving in the way that’s obvious to everyone else.

First the idea, then the will, then the outer confirmation of your will, upheld by me as the giver of form and the form itself.

Once your will has been set in place, you focus, you consider it done, and you bide your time.

When you order a kitchen, and get the confirmation receipt, do you then sit and worry about whether someone will be making your kitchen and delivering it on time to the right place?

No, you consider it done. You have the email telling you the payment has gone through, you can see the gap in your finances where the money has been taken – you do not spend time worrying if the money has been squandered away or you sent it to the wrong person, or worry that they might accidentally deliver a tank, or a swimming pool, or a travelling band of musicians, instead of the kitchen you so carefully measured for, and chose in the colour and finish you sweated over.

Yet the faith you put in the kitchen supplier is far greater than the faith you put in the divine delivery system. You tend to believe in the truth of an auto-generated email from IKEA before you believe in me or my Word.

I say that if you have faith, and you know in your heart you will receive, then it is done.

Granted, I do not email you. I use a far more reliable and non-proprietary system. Your knowingness.

The problem is, that a knowingness system you do not access, is about as helpful to your worried mind as an email account you’ve lost the password to.

The confirmation is in there, sitting happily waiting to delight you, but you do not access it and so you sit, anxiously waiting to know if the kitchen will ever arrive at all, and if it does, when, and will it be what you ordered?

All questions that could be answered if you just rediscovered your password.

You do not need a password for me. It’s a knack, rather than a fix.

You know me, you just don’t want to know me.

For many of my children, their choice to come to Earth to grow has been a bewildering, even brutalising experience because it contains within it, the suspension of reality necessary for learning hard lessons. And I assure you, it is the harder lessons that make Earth such a valuable and preferred learning platform.

But feeling steamrollered by the Earthly experience has the effect of avoidance, of not wanting to know more.

I’ve been through enough, you say. I can’t look at anything else.

So inwardly, you turn away from the knowingness that would release you. The fear of One More Bad Thing has made you too afraid to look at me, as if I set up this cruel assault course and forced you onto it.

So I have a tiny, manageable challenge for you.

Go to a mirror and look into your eyes and start a conversation with me.

“Hello” is always a good opener. Dare to believe that what looks back at you isn’t just your outer human form, but your inner divine form. Our inner divine form.

And when you’re feeling unafraid to look us in the eye, take one more small step.

Send yourself love. In whatever way you can muster. Just look, and recognise that you’re doing okay, and send love.

You send love, like you do anything – it’s an act of will.

Imagine, if you like, a point of light within your heart. Imagine this now in your mind’s eye, slowly growing, until it reaches the size of your physical heart. And now have it grow in intensity, until it burns with beauty.

Now imagine this light stretching away from you, and into the heart of the image in the mirror. And you, as the image, feel this light of love warm you. You have created a flow of love between two images of yourself – one you see as the ‘real’ you and one you see as a mirror image of the real you. And of course, any person you can imagine that you think of as different than you, is also a mirror image of you. So you are practising on yourself, to grow into the understanding that there is no other.

It might seem like a small, private thing you’re trying out. But you are honing your divine talent for one of the most profound and life-changing acts of love, in the safe environment of your room. Extending it out into the world, once you can do it safely at home, is easy.

You can foster talent for juggling, or cooking or dancing in your own back garden, after all. You put in the hours privately, before you’re really expert enough to draw a crowd. You can also foster talent for love in the bathroom mirror.

Because all acts start small. They start with a flicker of an idea that blossoms into something sacred to be nurtured and grown long before it’s ever noticed by anyone else or does any work to transform lives or planets or destinies.

The act of loving yourself is an essential step to changing the world. It is, in fact, the only step.

You are worthy of love, and love is what you are made of, and why you were made.

Love is so essentially intertwined with your existence that you have stopped seeing it entirely.

It is like… how much time do you spend thinking about gravity? This force that rules your Earthly existence, and without which no planets or stars could form. How much of your daily life do you spend thinking about, or worrying about, gravity?

I know the answer. It’s usually none at all. Gravity simply is, and you go about your life never really considering how many things need to be perfectly in place for you to have your current experience.

Love is like gravity. You have become so used to it that you rarely truly consider it any more. The force that sustains you seems… meh. It just is. It’s nothing special.

I challenge you to think again. Look into your eyes in the mirror. Send love to yourself. This is an exercise in remembering and in rejoining.

When you remember what love feels like, you’ll start to recognise it as a seam running through all people and certain activities. You will recognise its volume as well. If your heart is open and something does not radiate love back to you, consider your involvement with that activity carefully.

Play with it if you must, for no experience is without its lesson. But think of it like an apple. You go to the shops to buy an apple and there are two available, side by side. The first is plump and green and shiny and firm. The second is smaller and going brown and withered. They’re both apples, but which do you want to eat?

It is the same with any other experience. Some people, some events are plump and fresh and you can imagine they’ll probably do you good. Other experiences live under rocks and taste funny. You can have both, and there’s value in the contrast, just be willing to live with the consequences if you eat from the side of the aisle where the sun never shines.

Love is a light energy. It has a playful, joyful feeling about it. It cannot be mistaken for anything else when you get used to that feeling.

So spend some of your time on Earth learning the difference between apples.

When you do, you will know what talking to me feels like and then… you won’t miss my emails.

You’ll get the confirmation that your cosmic kitchen – and by that I mean whatever your pure heart desires – is scheduled for delivery. Order well, and prepare a space for it, because it’s coming, ready or not.
