Holy Spirited

The tingling you feel in your head when you pray, and summon protection and direct that any message you receive will be for the good of all - that is a lightening of the particles which make up your physical body, into the finer energies of which YOU are really made, the you who lives in higher realms and communicates continually through your inspiration, your higher thoughts and your willingness to sit here and do this. 

I know you are suddenly very worried about everything that’s happening to you. So you’ve finally got the blog online, and have tentatively stepped foot into advertising it. 

And now you feel blocked, that nothing good will ever come again, and that this will fizzle out and be a footnote in a litany of ‘started but not finished’ projects that won’t even make it into your epitaph. Am I close? 

Of course I am close. I am the air. I am the particles. I am the thoughts that flow through you, carving rivulets of smooth, peaceful momentum through the arid rock of your petrified heart. 

You have felt that heart opening since Jim came home. You have felt a new vibration of possibility opening the smallest window of your dark room, and the fresh new air has woken you up and stirred something which has lain quiet for many years. 

Remember at the Catholic conference, when you felt so close to a breakthrough, and I told you that when you went into the chapel you would experience a whole new level of healing? 

You couldn’t go inside. You sat outside and broke your heart because the threat of healing felt too overpowering. You thought you wanted to immerse yourself in it, but when it came to it, you were too afraid. 

And you have rarely been that afraid in my presence, but that is because you have rarely been in my unfiltered presence, even though you think you have. 

The reason there are so many versions of me, so many guides, so many ascended masters, so many teachers, is partly because life in the lower realms brings so many opportunities for learning in a different way, a fresh way.

There is nuanced understanding, and the beings who have trodden that road before you and are just one or two steps further along than you, they can help you understand the nuance from a shorter distance. It is not a hierarchy, for such a notion is nowhere in Oneness.

But to hear directly from God or to even be near such a powerful being feels, to minds who have quietly allowed guilt to become the veil through which they experience everything, far too exposing. 

You believe that if you are seen, it will devastate you. You will shatter into a billion pieces, you will never reform, you will vanish into dust, and you will be gone. Being seen by God feels like death to you. 

But look in any mirror. That’s God looking back. Walk down any street. That’s God in the whisper of the trees, the drops of rain, the homeless man, the disabled child. That’s God looking at you, giving you the perpetual opportunity to choose again. You walk past all life every time you engage with the world. 

Meeting someone you see as ‘other’ is a glorious opportunity to learn all you need to learn about your current state of being.

You get into a lift. The doors open and someone you’ve never met stands inside.

You immediately make hundreds of assumptions about them, based on a few visual clues, and many instincts and feelings that arise, even subconsciously. 

Will this person harm you? Will they smell good? What do they do for a living? What are their clothes like? How much money do they make? 

You will decide in a fraction of a second who they are and whether getting into that lift is a good idea. But all you meet, in a lift, is a mirror of who you are.

If you meet an angry person, a sad person, a violent person – that’s you, looking back at you. 

I know, because I am watching you process this, that you doubt my words. After all, if you meet someone violent in a lift, you have never influenced their former choices. You have nothing to do with all the steps they have taken in their life to bring them to this mindset in which they are willing to use violence to get what they want.

Let me give you my perspective. And you have immediately put a block in your mind and thought about stopping writing, doing something else, having a different conversation. Yet you can also still feel the tingling all around your head and a pull in your heart to go deeper. 

Little one, there is nothing I love more than you. You are safe, you are whole. You are a part of my Spirit that I cherish with an unquenchable fire. I repeat, you are safe. You can see me, I will not run, or harm, or judge. I am none of those things. This moment is just you, talking to the wiser, deeper part of your own Being which is I AM. There is nothing to fear. Take a moment to pray. I will not leave you. 

Come with me to the mountaintop. It’s just us. The hum of the world, all the noises you can hear, they won’t distract you on the mountaintop. I am offering you my hand. 

Okay, let’s begin softly with the worst that could happen. 

You could decide your life on Earth is over, once you see through the illusion. That happens sometimes, and sometimes that’s a positive choice for the life stream.

I know you feel you can never tell anyone that, because you cannot be seen to support the quickening of the end of a life.

But there is no end of life. Life never ends. It goes on here, there, or somewhere else (although in truth, there is nowhere else, it’s all here and now at different levels of vibration). 

There is NOTHING you can do, no choice you can make, that would separate us. The notion of being lost, of taking a wrong turn, of doing anything to mess it all up, this is a lie based on the mindset of illusion that you are currently operating from. 

This set of beliefs that you have willingly taken on because they felt necessary for you to operate on this planet without flying off back to my allness, is okay. It’s absolutely valid to want to experience separation from me, because by doing so you can learn so much. But it is a lie nonetheless. Separation from me is impossible.  

What you call God, what you think of as a Being, is not a Being, but the concept of Being.

If something ‘is’, if anything has existence, that’s God. I AM the concept of existence, and existence itself.

This is why there is no opposite. There is no state or reality of ‘non-existence’. Only the concept of non-existence exists. But the concept of non-existence is a mental construct based on a false understanding that there are things which don’t exist.

Yet as soon as they are dreamed up – and I assure you, I am both the dreamer of worlds and the dream and the worlds – they exist in the allness of my reality. 

I am existence. And you exist. You are the manifestation of an idea of me. You are part of me. No existing thing can ever be removed from the things that exist, and I am all the things that exist.

I am also all the things that potentially exist, because to have potential is, in itself, a form of existence. The opposite of God is total nothingness, because God is total 'somethingness'. You cannot imagine nothingness, because by imagining it, it becomes part of somethingness. So total nothingness does not exist, and so there is no opposite to God.

And this is why you and I are indivisible. You exist within me, and as I am Mind, you exist in my Mind.

Understand that there is no reality to the idea I could forget you. Once thought, you exist permanently. My act of ‘thinking you’ is irreversible. I have given you existence because I am made of existence and once something exists, I have expanded my Mind and form into it.  

Ah, but you think I must therefore be part good, and part evil, because evil exists. 

Does it? Show me evil. Show me an unredeemable part of my Being. 

You cannot, because the very fabric of existence is the momentum to grow, to become More. Adding More is a bountiful impulse which has sometimes been called Love. 

Why do I add More? To grow. To experience. Because the flow of Life is beautiful. I am talking in concepts you will understand, but the explanation of Love is currently far above what you can understand. 

Let me say this. To expand is to love. To sustain and uphold is to love. To contract is to fear. Fear is a perversion of love, which is, by the nature and fabric of existence, still made out of the energy of love which is all there is. 

It is not ‘evil’ in the way you think of evil. Bad acts, harm, war, death… I do not experience these the way you do. I see parts of life wanting an experience of less. Less is a valid experience. You are viewing life from a tiny perspective.

That is necessary for this spark of me that you see as ‘you’ to be able to hold onto the Earth and learn from it. You form a concept of evil quite naturally from this perspective, because you cannot hope to see a bigger picture, let alone the unvarnished truth about life. 

But here is the truth you can hold. The violent person in the lift is a construct of your lower mind, your judgment, and your belief you need to rate people in order to keep your physical body safe. You see people as violent because you do not trust that you will be safe otherwise. 

A different person would enter that lift and see a different person. Not a physically different form, but a totally different experience nonetheless. 

You have experienced this when Joseph had a wildly different experience of a person than you did. You thought they were joyful, he thought they were mocking. In truth they were a mixture of many things, and you were both seeing a shade of them which aligned with how you were feeling at that time.

You were both, therefore, right. You got out of the encounter what you needed, to learn something about who you are, which is the very thing you came to Earth to explore. 

The person in the lift. When you see them with violence - which is an accurate way to say ‘to see them with judgment’ - you project that fear, that expectation onto them.

You’ve heard of the law of attraction… and without getting off topic, there is much to understand about that which is not widely discussed, because it has nothing to do with wealth.

But when you project violence onto someone, a tendency or habit within them gets activated. You expect violence, you are enabling it.

This is not to say that people who experience violence are to blame for projecting it onto another person. There is no blame. But learning to take responsibility for your interactions is a valuable lesson in how to choose again. 

You only experience violence because you contain the seed of it. You experience violence so you can see this seed in yourself and root it out. 

The same is true for everything you experience on Earth. It is a learning zone where you will see who you are. It is a hall of mirrors. If you do not enjoy what you see when you look in the mirror, you can change it. That’s the whole Earthly experience laid out for you. 

This is what you came for. If you see violence, and want to see something else, practice peace. If you see division and want to see something else, practice unity.

Therefore, if you see evil, and want to see something else, sew love. If you sew love, you will see only love. If you do not yet see only love, consider whether love is all you are sewing. 

When you can accept and take responsibility for everything you see, you will graduate from Earth quite naturally, and you will do so peacefully.

Or you will resist it, and fight it, and blame it, and struggle through this experience hating it… and you will still learn, but it will take you longer, that’s all. 

There is no loss. There is no way to lose, because we’re doing it together, and I have infinite patience, because infinite patience is a concept which exists in me, therefore it has reality and it exists permanently. 

'Eternity' is really a way of saying that once something is imagined into existence, it can never fade or die. It can only transform to become more. And the impulse to grow, which is actually a fairly accurate way to describe God, is loving not in a human way, but because hatred has no true desire to grow. 

The nature of life is abundance, more, more, more. The nature of evil is contraction, less, less, less. You do not see contraction in nature, because you do not see contraction in the pure expression of God.

Yes, nature can be destroyed by acts of will. Left to itself though… it grows, it blossoms, it recovers. Growing, blossoming and recovering are all loving impulses, reflecting a loving God and the desire to be more behind every blade of grass. 

Love is ALL. I am all. You are all. Rest in that today. Fear is impossible.
