Does God heal people?
The tricky subject of whether disease is real, and can be healed (and by whom), is the topic God wanted to talk to me about on this day.

[Me, thinking] It's been a long week. I've had to work until late every night to make up my hours at work, because I was down on my flexi time. That's the excuse I'm using for not having done this exercise [of listening to God] for a few days.
But I'm here. Talk to me. I love you.]
How's the tooth, Lindsey?
[Well, it's feeling okay. I've not been treating it with colloidal silver and trying to remember instead that I'm God and so a tooth infection is impossible. But my tongue still reaches for it to see if it's there. And every time that happens, I think I chip away at my faith. But I'm not using the silver and, as it's going okay, the evidence suggests I don't need to.]
But God isn't a God of external evidence. If you need evidence you have no faith. And if you have no faith, you need evidence. It's a cycle you're not part of. Why indulge it?
"God doesn't heal," I heard you telling Joseph this, and you were not sure you believed it.
It's true, you know. God doesn't do healing, God is healing. But what is God healing towards? Well, you could say that when you align with the thoughts of God, with the truth of God, you take on the healing mindset.
Healing isn't the antidote to sickness - there is no antidote to illusion other than to realise the illusion isn't there.
Healing is right thinking. If you're God and you know it, you're healthy in every sense of that word. God is never sick, of course. And God doesn't recognise sickness in you, because God doesn't acknowledge what doesn't exist.
You were thinking about cancer last night. You don't have it. No-one has it, actually.
What so-called cancer victims have, is unhelpful thoughts. Really, what you call cancer is the result of unhelpful thoughts manifesting in your body.
Everyone who manifests cancer, could have manifested wealth instead if they'd focused on that.
You can have cancer if you want it. I'll tell you how you get it. You worry. You fear. You doubt. You believe in it. You take things very seriously. You get stressed. You complain. You divide. You fail to care.
That's a recipe for getting cancer in your body, because cancer is a sign to you that your thoughts are out of alignment with God's.
But you know, cancer isn't any harder to overcome than any other illusion. You need to see through it, that's all.
If Jesus walked through the Manor Hospital today, healing the sick, you'd see that cancer isn't any harder to deal with than any other false belief.
But Jesus doesn't walk through the hospital – at least not in a form you'd link to him.
But YOU walk through places. You touch people's lives. You meet people and have opportunities to overcome the cancer of people's minds, the rotten thoughts and beliefs that keep them lonely, embittered and terrified.
As a child of God, it's your job – and I hardly need add, your absolute joy – to bring new thoughts into the world.
This is why you live – to take part in the thoughts of Godkind, to experience their effect, and to choose better.
Watch your thoughts. It's more important than you think to get your thoughts right, so healing can flow into the world as effortlessly as a soft breeze.
